Individual Projects

Hudson Pacific encourages Selling Agents and other Intermediaries to contact us in the early stages of the selling process for a client Prospect.

On receipt of a Teaser or other non-confidential information about the Prospect from an Intermediary, we will follow this procedure:

  • We will not communicate with any Investor concerning the opportunity without the Intermediary's ("your") approval.

  • If, from our internal databases or other sources, we identify potentially interested Investor(s), we will provide the names of those Investors to you.

  • If you inform us that you have already presented the opportunity to an Investor, we will take no action with respect to that Investor.

  • If the Investor is new to the opportunity, with your approval we will contact the Investor and provide the Investor with the Teaser or other non-confidential information about the Prospect.

  • If requested by the Investor, we will introduce you to an appropriate individual at the firm to facilitate an NDA and the inclusion of the Investor in your process.

  • Further involvement of Hudson Pacific in the opportunity would be at the request of the Investor and subject to an NDA if indicated.

  • Any related compensation to Hudson Pacific would be a matter between us and the Investor.


Potential Blanket Agreements

If requested by an Intermediary to facilitate cooperation on future opportunities, Hudson Pacific is prepared to:

    • Enter a blanket no-obligation agreement concerning Teasers and other non-confidential information on prospect companies.

    • Enter a blanket NDA .

At the option of the Intermediary, such agreements would be forms provided either by the Intermediary or Hudson Pacific.
