Mr. Sigler is a financial executive who has over 35 years of experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer for privately held businesses in the Midwest and California.   He has gained considerable knowledge of the intricacies of second and third generation family ownership, and has been instrumental in providing financial and operational leadership for these entities, as well as exit strategies for various family members. 


Mr. Sigler’s career experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Director of a $75 million privately held manufacturing company with a Fortune 500 clientele, where he administered the employee benefit plans, managed the risk management function, developed subsidiary accounting systems and managed the credit and collections function resulting in bad debt losses less than 0.001%

 

Mr. Sigler holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Management Executive Program.
