Mr. Roseborough is a business executive with an array of experience, including non-profit management, higher education administration, corporate contingency planning, security, and training. After 26 years in the U.S. Army, serving in command and staff positions from Lieutenant to Colonel, he retired from active duty and began a second career in higher education administration.   

 

Mr. Roseborough’ s recent responsibilities have included a variety of positions and experiences -  from executive director of a university alumni association, to emergency response coordinator, business continuity planner, corporate security advisor and risk manager.   Specific areas of his current focus include crisis communications, business interruption, pandemic preparation and response, video surveillance, and emergency response training exercises.

 

Mr. Roseborough holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Education from Duke University.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional, having graduating from the Disaster Recovery Institute International.  He is past director of the Contingency Planning Association of the Carolinas, a director of the Cooperative Christian Ministry in Higher Education, and a director of Loaves and Fishes, Inc.  He received numerous awards from the U. S. Army, including the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star w/V, Meritorious Service Medal, Purple Heart, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Department of the Army Staff ID Badge, Senior Aviator Badge, Parachute Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge and Ranger Tab.
