Mr. Crawford is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with a distinguished record serving in command and staff positions.  Following military service, he spent 19 years in management positions with two defense contracting companies managing Government contracts.  His experience includes development of contract proposals as well as managing all aspects of contract execution, including cost, schedule and performance requirements.  His latest position involved the management of a contract valued at $92M that supported the customer’s business process re-engineering effort, utilizing architecture development and analysis techniques.

 

Mr. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, and a Master of Arts in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University. He is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Penn State University, the United State Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania and the Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia.  He is a member of the Association of Graduates, United States Military Academy, the Association of the United States Army and the Knights of Columbus.  He holds the following United States military commendations:  the Army Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (multiple awards), Army Commendation Medal (multiple awards), Ranger Tab and Parachute Badge and the Navy Commendation Medal.
